We believe every believer is a leader. God saved us for a purpose and that purpose centers around winning the lost and making disciples (Matthew 28:18-20). We are committed to training and equipping believers to achieve maximum fruitfulness and kingdom impact. The School of Leaders is designed to prepare JWAY members to fulfill the call of Christ upon their lives by training them in leadership and disciple making.

To enroll in the School of Leaders, students must attend an Encounter, participate in a weekly JWAY, and successfully complete the Post Encounter classes. |

| |
The curriculum for the School of Leaders consists of three ten-week trimesters. After successful completion of the second level, students are encouraged to start their own JWAY. |
